Proper training is a must for investigators.
The society is running into ubiquitous computing environment, so the police investigators must have proper level of education. The Criminal Investigation Training Institute runs various levels of cyber crime investigation courses and the Korean National Police University also has training courses for foreign officers. The Cyber Terror Response Center sends qualifies instructors to the courses and participates from the designing of the course.
